A guest books online.

Every activity has its own booking page. The guest picks a time, says how many people are coming and pays the deposit.

The money goes to your own Stripe account, also through iDEAL and Bancontact.

The guest knows right away where they stand.

They get a confirmation email in the language they booked in, with a link to their own guest portal. There they see when and where they are expected and what is still open.

Two days before the lesson a reminder follows, with the meeting point and the name of their staff member.

sheet 4·the Money line

The system asks for the balance itself.

After the deposit, the guest gets a payment link for the rest, with a reminder 14 and 3 days before the due date. They pay it themselves, in a few taps.

Once everything is paid, the system makes the invoice. Your accountant gets a copy when you fill in their address.

The system suggests who teaches the lesson.

The staffing suggestion looks at language, skills and who already knows the group. Each suggestion says why. You assign, and your staff member sees the lesson in the staff app, which stays readable without signal.

Afterwards the hours are ready. You approve them and get the month ready for payroll as CSV or Excel.

Every booking goes straight into the calendar and the week planning, with who is working and how many places are still free.

Your staff member reports time off in the app and it’s settled straight away. The staffing suggestion leaves them out on those days.
